April 25th. ANZAC Day.
Lest We Forget.
Each year the men of the 1st Australian Corps Petrol Park, their families and friends join together to take part in the annual ANZAC Day march in Melbourne Victoria.
After this we move on to The Richmond Union Bowling Club for lunch, a drink and a yarn or two. Over the years there have been many a story told, plenty of laughter and a beer or two with good mates. Even thought the ranks are getting less, it is a day that is always enjoyed by those that can make it.

The Assembly point for us is the same as last year (2013).
The unit Banner will be lined on the North side of Swanston St Between Flinders St and Collins St. Somewhere near the City Square.
As Usual look out for our Banner or the 39th Battalion as we will be following them as always.
Assembly will be from 0915hrs to 0940hrs with departure scheduled for 0945hrs.
The RSL have asked that only one Next of Kin represent a member in the march. Also that Next of Kin wear medals on the RIGHT chest. Only those that are the original recipient of the medals are to wear them on the Left.
